Wednesday, April 19:

Welcome Reception: Catch up with old friends and meet new colleagues at a lively welcome event filled with food, drinks and networking.

The Espee - Nestled in the heartbeat of downtown San Antonio neighboring St Paul Square, The Espee was originally named The Southern Pacific Railroad’s Sunset Limited Train Route. It quickly became a famous train station that served as a central connection to a multitude of states such as California, Missouri, Louisiana, and many more. Over the years it earned nicknames such as “The Building of 1000 lights”, “The Crossroads of America” and “The S.P.”

Once known as Sunset Station, the newly renovated The Espee brings premiere live entertainment to downtown San Antonio. Creating a space that is truly enjoyable for all.

Thursday, April 20:

Located in the Exhibit Hall, browse through over 150 exhibitors while enjoying drinks and a buffet dinner.

Friday, April 21:

Join us for Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall! 2023 is a morning exhibit hall session to invigorate and energize you and get you ready for the day. Evening cocktail exhibit hour will also be available to make any purchases while at Exchange and network with your Vision Source colleagues and member services team.

After dinner on your own, finish the night with a cocktail at Club McCall. 

Saturday, April 22:

Celebrate a great meeting with Vision Source at the Grotto! Enjoy great food & drinks, fun photo opps and more as we throw a Fiesta to close out Exchange! Located just beneath the street at River Level at the Henry B Gonzales Convention Center
